Spots

Last Monday Sam and I BOTH came out in SPOTS ... but after a visit to the doctors on Tuesday morning, we were told the our spots were different and that Sam's were most likely Chicken pox.... and mine were part of my virus that I had been suffering for the past couple of weeks.

Fortunately Sam's chicken pox hasn't been too bad. He has been a bit grumpier than usual... and wanting to go to bed earlier each night... but his spots haven't really bothered him.

As for my spots... it turns out that they are something called Pityriasis rosea and I could have this itchy rash for up to 6 weeks... and that it is not infectious. I've missed work for a day and a half.. and went in yesterday.. but left early as I was feeling so poorly - just faint, dizzy and headachy. Hoping it all passes VERY soon!
